The time of commencement is 6.45 pm unless otherwise stated. The Allotments Management, PAG, Twinning, Traffic Committees and Britain in Bloom Working Party will meet as required. The meetings of the Council and the COmmittees will be held in the Pannett Park Art Gallery, Pannett Park, Whitby. The meetings of the Pannett Art Galler and the Whitby Museum Joint Management Committee will be held in the Normanby Room at the Museum on the 3rd June, 2nd September, 2nd December and 3rd March and the Annual Town Assembly will be held in the Pannett Park Art Gallery at 7.30 pm.
