The time of commencement is 6.45 pm unless otherwise stated. The Allotments Management, PAG, Twinning, Traffic Committees and Britain in Bloom Working Party will meet as required. The meetings of the Council and the Committees will be held in the Pannett Art Gallery, Pannett Park, Whitby. The meetings of the Pannett Art Gallery and Whitby Museum Joint Management Committee will be held in the Normanby Room at the Museum on the 2nd June, 1st September, 1st December and 2nd March and the Annual Town Assembly will be held in the Pannett Art Gallery at 7.30 pm.
