Whitby Defibrillator Project - Favour Auction

Whitby Defibrillator Project would like to say a big thank you to the people and businesses of Whitby who have helped to buy and set up a network of 19 defibrillators in just a year. An amazing achievement.

The WDP would now like to set up a defibrillator maintenance fund as well as buying some more units to cover housing estates in Whitby.

Come and join us for some fun and music to help us raise money at the Whitby Defibrillator Project Favours Auction on 28 March 7.30pm at Whitby Conservative Club. Music by Twist of Fate.

Professional auctioneer Rob Smith of Richardson and Smith will auction off a wonderful range of promises offered by the people and businesses in Whitby. There is something for everyone both big and small. Do you fancy having your car washed and waxed? Why not try a reflexology session or test your pottery painting skills at Doodlepots. Tone up for the summer with two months free fitness training and top it off with a choice of hair and nail beauty treatments. Take advantage of the good quality jewellery on offer. Really push the boat out and have your family portrait done in oils! New experiences you might like to try include lambing on a farm, a motorcycle ride, felt work or a photography lesson and nature walks with an expert. This is just a sample of the delights on offer! Full details will be available in local shops in the town centre soon.
